Somagen’s Product Support and Applications Team (PSAT) was created to meet the requirements involved with supporting advanced diagnostic technologies while offering superior technical support for our customers.

The industry renowned Somagen PSATeam is a combination of our Instrument Service Team with our Technical Product Applications Group. The Product Support and Applications Team brings together all of the elements and resources needed to solve customer concerns including technical inquiries, instrument maintenance and emergency support. Somagen Diagnostics recognizes that the key to delivering outstanding customer support comes from a team approach involving all stake-holders including customers, sales, product specialists, application specialists and field service engineers.
