Magtration System 12GC®

The Magtration 12GC is a fully automated, compact, benchtop Nucleic Acid Purification instrument. Laboratories are able to isolate genomic DNA and RNA from 100/200µl of whole blood, cells, tissues, bacteria and viruses. Transfection grade plasmid reagent is also available. The Magtration 12GC handles up to 12 samples per run and has a purification time of 30 minutes for DNA and 30 or 60 minutes for RNA with or without DNase digestion, respectively. No hands-on-time is required for reagent dispensing by use of reagent pre-filled reaction cartridges.
