A Whole Blood Control for Immunophenotyping:

CD-Chex Plus is a complete, positive procedure control manufactured from normal human peripheral blood leukocytes and erythrocytes. It provides the most assayed CD markers in the industry, including: T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, granulocytes, monocytes, and NK cells.

CD-Chex Plus and CD-Chex CD4 Low are available in 2.5ml glass vials and 3.0ml cap-pierceable plastic vials. Pierceable cap allows closed-vial testing. Plastic vial increases employee safety. Compatible with most popular flow cytometry systems.  CD-Chex Plus determines the accuracy and reproducibility of the steps involved in the process of the immunophenotyping procedure including:
