qui affecte l\u2019intestin gr\u00eale chez les personnes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement pr\u00e9dispos\u00e9es en raison de l\u2019ingestion de gluten.<sup>1<\/sup> Elle peut pr\u00e9senter un large \u00e9ventail de sympt\u00f4mes tels que l\u2019an\u00e9mie, les sympt\u00f4mes abdominaux diffus, l\u2019\u0153sophagite, la neuropathie, l\u2019ataxie, la d\u00e9pression, la petite taille,
