Bien que rares, les maladies auto-immunes du foie repr\u00e9sentent une cause majeure de cirrhose du foie, et leur diagnostic diff\u00e9rentiel de maladies du foie non auto-immunes (comme l\u2019h\u00e9patite virale) permet au clinicien de prendre des d\u00e9cisions de traitement \u00e9clair\u00e9es et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie d\u2019un patient. <sup>1-5<\/sup><\/p><p>La cholangite biliaire primaire (CBP) et l\u2019h\u00e9patite auto-immune (HAI) sont les maladies h\u00e9patiques auto-immunes les plus importantes sur le plan clinique <sup>1,2<\/sup> La CBP est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par une inflammation chronique des petits canaux biliaires et une alt\u00e9ration de la formation de la bile qui peuvent conduire \u00e0 une cirrhose h\u00e9patique et \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une greffe du foie. <sup>2,4<\/sup>.
