Des \u00e9pisodes r\u00e9currents d\u2019an\u00e9mie (m\u00e9galoblastique) et une coloration jaune anormale de la peau (jaunisse) sont \u00e9galement fr\u00e9quents. L\u2019an\u00e9mie pernicieuse est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une maladie auto-immune, et certaines personnes peuvent avoir une pr\u00e9disposition g\u00e9n\u00e9tique \u00e0 cette maladie. Les sympt\u00f4mes de l\u2019an\u00e9mie pernicieuse peuvent inclure la fatigue, l\u2019essoufflement, la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque rapide, la jaunisse ou la p\u00e2leur, les picotements et l\u2019engourdissement des mains et des pieds, la perte d\u2019app\u00e9tit, la diarrh\u00e9e, l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 en marchant, le saignement des gencives, une alt\u00e9ration de l\u2019odorat et
