Tissue-Tek AutoSection^® automatically orients the block to the blade edge, using patented sensing and automated 3D specimen holder technology for precise XYZ orientation. It standardizes block orientation – even if the block was trimmed or sectioned on a different microtome – saving valuable tissue and technician time. With AutoTrim™, the Tissue-Tek AutoSection^®  trims blocks automatically in just seconds with one-touch operation. This tissue-preserving feature is optimized for Tissue-Tek^® Paraform^® Sectionable Cassette System, although it also accommodates most common cassettes.
